Pick a speed and drop your files. The frame rate stays smooth: frames are dropped when speeding up and held when slowing down.

How to use it

  1. Choose the speed, from 0.25× to 4×.
  2. Untick Keep the sound if you want a silent result.
  3. Drop your videos and click Start.
  4. Download the files one by one, or Download all.

Frequently asked questions

Does the sound change pitch?

Yes. The audio is sped up or slowed down together with the picture, like a tape, so its pitch rises or falls. Untick “Keep the sound” for a silent result.

Is there a file size limit?

No fixed limit. The video is read in small slices and the result is streamed to your disk, so even multi-gigabyte files work without filling up memory.

Is my video uploaded to a server?

No. The file is read and written inside your browser tab using WebCodecs — nothing is uploaded, there is no account and no watermark. Once loaded, the page also works offline.
